Slice the mushroom thinly. Dry sautee.

Meanwhile, slice the cabbage thinly. Dice the onion. Mince the garlic.

Once the mushrooms are dry and squeaky, add the onion and the toasted sesame oil. Cover and cook for a couple minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, cover, and cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Taste and adjust seasoning.

Serve with toasted sesame seeds and green onion garnish.
